You will lead partnerships with insurer panels in Asia to develop and optimize partnerships to place business effectively and maximize profit.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop a sustainable panel of insurance partners.
- Place CG business with these partners within prescribed timelines.
- Drive innovation and ensure high standards of conduct.
- Negotiate insurance contracts to maximize profit.
- Develop and own insurance partner monitoring dashboards.
- Ideal candidate has 8+ years experience in insurance market partnerships and placements.
- Manage and motivate high-performing teams of insurance professionals.
- Track record in owning and developing insurance partnerships.
- Experience in pitching documents and partner negotiations.
- Communicate complex ideas clearly verbally and in writing.
- Problem solving and advocating customer solutions.
