Job Title: Learning and Development Lead

The Opportunity

  • We are seeking an experienced Learning and Development Lead to join our team at the SEA Talent Development Centre.

Key Responsibilities:

  • You will define a region L&D plan, roadmap, and strategy consistent with our vision.
  • Collaborate with our Group's L&D team to deploy customised programs and learning initiatives.
  • Perform learning needs analysis and conduct focus groups to determine the focus and strategy for the region.
  • L&D program development and delivery.
  • You will be responsible for end-to-end execution of learning programs.
  • Liaise with key learning partners regarding requirements for programs.
  • Source, identify, and evaluate potential learning partners.
  • Monitor execution of learning initiatives, evaluate effectiveness, and propose enhancements.
  • Support online and offline content creation for key in-house programs.
  • Manage the learning portfolio and calendar management.
  • Work closely with Training Executive to organise logistics related to learning initiatives and events.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of work experience.
  • Proven knowledge and experience in a learning/training role.
  • Hands-on experience in managing corporate programs (end-to-end).
  • Strong organisational skills coupled with precise attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Proficiency in using virtual communication applications.
