Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Payroll Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for managing payroll-related functions for approximately 300 employees.
- Perform all payroll related tasks with accuracy and attention to detail
- Ensure timely tax clearance and yearly reporting to relevant authorities
- Process pro-family claims and other salary-related benefits (e.g. NS reservist pay; childcare; paternity and maternity claims)
- Collaborate with the HR team on employee-related claims (e.g Work Injury and H&S claim)
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- 1-2 years of payroll experience with exposure to work pass administration
- Diploma/Certificate/GCE
Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
