Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve strategic objectives by collaborating with the management team to execute Compensation and Benefits (C&B) plans aligned with business goals.
  • Ensure the smooth operation of HR systems, including payroll administration, by providing technical support and training to stakeholders.
  • Streamline payroll processing by implementing efficient procedures and tools to minimize errors and delays.
  • Stay up-to-date with regulatory changes affecting compensation and benefits, ensuring compliance through collaboration with Shared Services.

Payroll Operations

  • Monitor and address compensation and HR system-related issues in a timely manner, focusing on resolving discrepancies and improving processes.
  • Collaborate with Shared Services to develop and implement effective compensation strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • Contribute to the development of human capital management initiatives and incentive programs that drive employee engagement and retention.
