We are looking for a payroll administrator to look after our payroll processes. The payroll administrator's duties include the management of employee data, handling sensitive and confidential information with absolute discretion, ensuring the accuracy of wages and ensuring employees are paid correctly and on time.

The incumbent should possess strong numeracy skills and be able to multi task effectively. You will be also be tasked with basic administrative work

**Responsibilities**
- Verifying any additional allowances or bonus for current salary period such as overtime or pay increases
- Processing all fixed or ad-hoc deductions for each salary period such as no-pay leave, employee’s cpf contribution
- Processing all holiday, sick and maternity claims and expenses
- Handling any queries regards to payslips
- Providing payroll support to new staff
- Processing necessary paperwork for leaving staff
- Maintaining employee records.
- Coordinating with the HR department to ensure correct employee data.
- Other general administrative work

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or equivalent in related field
- 2 years experience in payroll processing related experience
- MUST manage confidential information with absolute discretion
- Good computer skills including MS Office Suite and payroll related systems
- Good written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills
- Good problem-solving skills
- General knowledge and understanding of payroll processing procedures and time and attendance system, preferably with some experience in payroll and time attendance software
- Ability to complete tasks in resourceful and effective ways
- General understanding of wage and hour and tax laws
- Strict attention to detail
