About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Compensation and Benefits Specialist to join our team in Singapore. As a key member of the HR team, you will be responsible for ensuring accuracy and timely payroll processing and compliance with statutory reporting requirements.

This role will involve managing payroll and benefits administration, audit and reporting, and mobility support. You will oversee relationships with HR teams and external payroll vendors, ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing aligned with internal policies and local regulations.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Singapore's payroll and statutory requirements, as well as a degree in Human Resources or Business. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Power BI is required, and a proactive, resilient, and collaborative mindset will be essential for thriving in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage payroll and benefits administration, including tax procedures, insurance renewals, and system integrations.
  • Oversee relationships with HR teams and external payroll vendors to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to maintain accurate databases and contribute to analytics and internal audits.
  • Provide end-to-end mobility support, including relocation services and crisis management for international assignees.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Human Resources or Business.
  • At least 4 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits or Payroll, preferably with regional MNCs exposure.
  • A strong understanding of Singapore's payroll and statutory requirements.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Power BI.
  • A proactive, resilient, and collaborative mindset.
