Lead a High-Growth Sales Team

  • Select, develop, and manage experienced account executives to meet revenue targets.
  • Partner with sales leadership to define successful sales processes and drive growth initiatives.
  • Understand team challenges and remove obstacles for success.
  • Regularly report on team and individual results through pipeline management and forecasting.
  • Identify process improvements, increase efficiency, and boost productivity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align account strategies and maximize customer value.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of enterprise sales experience.
  • 2+ years managing a sales team.
  • A proven track record of 100%+ quota achievement as a manager and individual contributor.
  • Prior experience recruiting, retaining, and developing a team from scratch.
  • Excellent communication skills and high-level business acumen.
  • Prior experience selling into senior leadership (C and VP level).
