Job Title:
Regional Director, APACAre you a strategic leader with a passion for driving sales growth? Do you have experience in regional management and team leadership?
- We are seeking a highly motivated Regional Director to lead our APAC operations.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing regional strategies to achieve revenue targets, building strong relationships with key clients, and managing a high-performing sales team and regional partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic regional plans to drive sales growth and exceed revenue targets.
- Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team, providing coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and strategic partners, identifying and developing new business opportunities within the region.
- Accurately forecast sales revenue and provide regular updates to senior management, analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay informed about industry developments and competitor activities.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership and regional management, preferably in the Earth Sciences and/or Instrumentation industry.
- Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Experience managing and motivating a sales team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Google/Microsoft Office Suite.
