ITG Resources (Singapore) PTE. LTD. is a dynamic company seeking a highly skilled Strategic HR and Admin Professional to join our team.
About the RoleThis is a critical role that requires a strong background in Human Resource Management and Administration. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing full-spectrum HR and administrative functions, including recruitment, compensations and benefits, performance appraisal, payroll processing, implementation of policies, staff discipline/disputes, and other HR-related functions.
The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal communication skills, a high sense of responsibility, and a strong sense of teamwork and cooperation. They will be proficient in using Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel, and fluent in both English and Mandarin communication skills.
A bachelor's degree or above, with a background in Human Resource Management, Administrative Management, Business Management, or related fields is preferred. Minimum of 3 years of experience in the human resources and administration field in Singapore or related regions, familiar with Singapore's labor laws and regulations is required.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee full-spectrum HR and administrative functions, including recruitment, compensations and benefits, performance appraisal, payroll processing, implementation of policies, staff discipline/disputes, and other HR-related functions.
- Responsible for HR and admin related reporting to group, including annual HR budgeting and routine quarterly work plan report.
- Responsible for drafting and implementing the human resources management policy for the company.
- Manage job recruitment, maintain and expand recruitment channels, and establish the company's talent pool.
- Oversee employee insurance, daily office maintenance including procurement of office supplies, and IT equipment maintenance.
- Organize and plan various company activities and oversee important corporate reception activities.
- Coordinate internally and externally for the company, including with headquarters, affiliated companies, suppliers, Enterprise Singapore, and the Ministry of Manpower.
- Maintain and update employee database and administer employee benefits including annual leave, medical and insurance.
- Bachelor's degree or above, with a background in Human Resource Management, Administrative Management, Business Management, or related fields.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the human resources and administration field in Singapore or related regions, familiar with Singapore's labor laws and regulations.
- Experience working in multinational companies or locally renowned enterprises in Singapore is preferred.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office (including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel).
- Fluent in both English and Mandarin communication skills. Candidates with communication skills in Singapore's local languages (such as Malay, Tamil, or Mandarin Chinese) will be given priority.
- Possess good interpersonal communication skills, a high sense of responsibility, and a strong sense of teamwork and cooperation.
The salary range for this position is SGD $60,000 - SGD $80,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits including annual leave, medical and insurance, and opportunities for career growth and development.
