We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Front Desk Manager to join our team at RK Recruitment Pte Ltd.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and manage the Front Office team to ensure exceptional customer service and efficient operations.
- Monitor and optimize room inventory to maximize revenue and minimize losses.
- Handle security-related tasks, including directing guests in case of incidents and addressing undesirable behavior or individuals.
- Manage guest check-in/check-out processes, ensuring prompt and courteous service.
- Maintain accurate cash handling and authorize rate changes, paid-outs, and cash advances in accordance with established procedures.
- Proven experience in hotel front desk management or a related field.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management systems.
