We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Front Desk Manager to join our team at RK Recruitment Pte Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and manage the Front Office team to ensure exceptional customer service and efficient operations.
  • Monitor and optimize room inventory to maximize revenue and minimize losses.
  • Handle security-related tasks, including directing guests in case of incidents and addressing undesirable behavior or individuals.
  • Manage guest check-in/check-out processes, ensuring prompt and courteous service.
  • Maintain accurate cash handling and authorize rate changes, paid-outs, and cash advances in accordance with established procedures.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in hotel front desk management or a related field.
