Job Opportunity: Quality Assurance Specialist

Overview of the Role:

We seek a seasoned Quality Assurance professional to oversee quality control across various construction projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain effective quality control processes throughout all project phases.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement quality control measures, ensuring seamless execution and adherence to industry standards.
  • Lead project watch teams in preparing and executing quality assessments, guaranteeing timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Assume responsibility for QAQC Engineer duties as needed, encompassing daily checks, monthly report preparation, and subcontractor training.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in architectural-trained or structural-trained work experience.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in QAQC management roles within A1 building main construction companies, with expertise in managing quality assessment processes or certifications being highly advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, coupled with the ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong knowledge of construction quality control/assurance principles and practices.
  • Certifications: BCA-Approved CONQUAS Manager and Quality Mark Certificate.
