Job Title: Senior Construction Quality Specialist

">Overview

The Quality Assurance Manager plays a vital role in ensuring high-quality construction projects by overseeing the implementation of quality control processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establishing and Implementing Quality Control Processes: Develop and implement effective quality assurance protocols to guarantee high-quality construction, adhering to CONQUAS specifications.
  • Leading Project Watch Teams: Coordinate with project teams to ensure adherence to quality protocols, meeting project milestones and deadlines.
  • Covering QAQC Engineer Roles: Conduct daily inspections, prepare monthly reports, conduct training sessions, and address quality concerns related to CONQUAS scoring.
  • Liaising with Clients and Consultants: Communicate with clients and consultants on QA/QC matters, providing updates on CONQUAS assessments and maintaining positive relationships.
Requirements
  • A minimum 5 years' experience as a QAQC Manager or Assistant QAQC Manager in architectural or structural work.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and clearly, both verbally and in writing.
  • Able to work independently, meet tight deadlines, and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Good knowledge of construction quality control/assurance, including CONQUAS standards and best practices.
