Job Title: Quality Assurance and Control Professional

Responsibilities:
  • Perform daily quality checks to ensure compliance with established standards
  • Prepare monthly reports on quality assurance and control metrics for submission to senior management
  • Conduct regular training sessions for subcontractors on quality protocols and best practices
  • Issue non-compliance notifications to subcontractors as necessary
  • Attend quarterly meetings with senior management to discuss quality assurance and control strategies
  • Conduct site inspections to verify that construction methods align with industry specifications and regulatory requirements
  • Liaise with clients and consultants to provide updates on quality assurance and control matters and address any concerns related to CONQUAS scoring

Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Architectural or structural training with a minimum of 3 years' experience in quality assurance and control
  • Proven track record of managing quality marks assessment processes or certifications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently, with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to meet deadlines
  • Good knowledge of construction quality control/assurance principles and practices
  • Certifications: BCA-approved CONQUAS training or relevant quality certification such as ISO 9001:2015 in Quality Management Systems
