Quality Assurance and Control Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance and Control Manager to oversee and manage all quality assurance and control functions for our condominium projects.
About the Role:The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all works comply with contractual, regulatory, and client requirements while driving a culture of quality excellence across project teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement quality assurance and control policies, procedures, and inspection plans in line with project and regulatory requirements.
- Review project specifications, drawings, and method statements to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Conduct site inspections and audits to verify workmanship, materials, and compliance with approved drawings.
- Lead quality meetings and coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and project teams to address quality-related issues.
- Ensure non-conformances are identified, tracked, and resolved with corrective/preventive actions.
- Manage quality documentation, including inspection reports, test results, and certifications.
- Provide training and guidance to site teams on quality assurance and control processes and best practices.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and regulatory authorities on quality matters.
- Oversee material testing, mock-ups, and commissioning inspections.
- Report regularly to senior management on quality performance, risks, and improvement initiatives.
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Minimum 7 years of quality assurance and control experience in the construction industry.
- Proven track record in condominium or private residential projects.
- Strong knowledge of BCA regulations, CONQUAS, and industry quality assurance and control standards.
