Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: 7-12 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; Strong understanding of market dynamics and business strategy; Proficient in CRM software and business productivity tools.
