Job Title: Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to drive new partnership initiatives for our company's products and related events.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth and building strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively engage new partners to drive strategic business opportunities
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and grow new business deals by integrating our products into their solution
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to grow initiatives - platform owners, operations, legal, and finance
  • Define business opportunities and execute go-to-market plans independently
The Job Requirements:
At least a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience in media or a similar industry
Experience in business development through partnerships
Self-motivated with the ability to work both as a team player and independently
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Able to identify potential opportunities and generate sales leads
Achieve individual and group sales targets
Conceptualize, design, and execute business plans
Versatile and agile
Requirements:
