Director of Enterprise Risk Management

The Operational, Technology and Cyber Risk organisation is a critical component of our enterprise, responsible for protecting and ensuring the resilience of operations, data, and IT systems. This role plays a vital part in managing operational, technology and cyber risk across the enterprise.
This position serves as the single point of contact within the second line, providing judgement-based input and advice to ensure effective risk management.
Key Responsibilities:- Act as the single point of contact within the second line, providing judgement-based input and advice to ensure effective risk management.
- Support the achievement of organisational objectives by building a sustainable framework that places best practice standards at the forefront of the agenda.
- Oversee relevant aspects through robust independent risk control and the provision of specialist advice and constructive challenge.
- 15+ years of substantial experience in the banking industry.
- 10+ years of substantial experience in OTCR and/or CFCR management.
- Demonstrate strong understanding of best practice risk management techniques and frameworks, including a rigorous and analytical approach to risk management.
