Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned risk management professional to join our team as an AVP/Director of Risk Management. In this pivotal role, you will have the opportunity to shape and enhance our risk management strategy, safeguard our organization's integrity, and drive meaningful change.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Enterprise Risk Management: Support the development, implementation, and maintenance of an effective enterprise risk management framework.
  • Operational Risk Management: Lead and manage the Operational Risk Management Team, developing and executing operational risk management strategies and initiatives.
  • Executive Risk Committee Management: Manage the executive risk committee, ensuring that key risk issues facing the organization are effectively addressed and prioritized.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in risk management or a related field.
  • Proven leadership experience with a track record of managing and developing high-performing teams.
  • Strong knowledge of enterprise and operational risk management frameworks and practices.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex risk-related information to diverse stakeholders.
