**Job Description**:

- Overseeing the compliance and risk management functions of the Group, covering the Investment Management Business and Fund/Wealth Management Business and operations in Singapore.
- Formulate and implement a comprehensive risk and compliance framework ensuring that there are appropriate procedures and processes in place to implement policies approved by the Board, as well as adequate systems to monitor risk and compliance with established policies and procedures.
- Assisting the Board and Chief Executive Officer in developing the Group’s strategic direction and positioning to ensure the success of the Company and the Group.
- Work with any committees of the Board as required from time to time.
- Review and challenge investment proposals, providing an independent risk view to ensure investments are made with balanced risk/reward consideration.
- Where necessary, liaise with all relevant authorities as a representative of the Company.
- Perform other functions related to the Chief Risk Officer or as may be reasonably requested by the Board and/or the Chief Executive Officer from time to time.

Manage and execute other ad hoc projects and risk-related works

**Requirements：**
- Excellent Mandarin verbal and written communication skills due to internal communication
- Good understanding of rules and regulatory requirements pertaining to MAS CMS licensing and SGX listing compliance
- Excellent ability to conceptualize long-term business goals and develop orderly processes to accomplish those goals
- Excellent managerial skills
- Strong analytical skills, numerical competence, and financial analysis experience
- Good understanding of private markets and related products, buy-side risk management practices, and country risk assessment, etc.
