Job Title:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Resort Manager to oversee the daily operations of our resort.

  • Operational Efficiency: Coordinate front desk services, housekeeping, and maintenance to maintain a high level of service.
  • Staff Development: Recruit, train, and supervise staff members, including front desk personnel, housekeeping teams, and maintenance staff.
  • Guest Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for guests, addressing inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
  • Financial Management: Monitor expenses and implement cost-control measures to optimize budget utilization.
  • Marketing Strategies: Develop and execute marketing initiatives to attract guests and increase occupancy rates.
  • Facility Maintenance: Oversee the upkeep of resort facilities, ensuring all areas are clean, functional, and well-maintained.
  • Community Engagement: Foster relationships with local businesses and organizations to enhance guest experiences.
  • Reporting: Maintain records of occupancy, revenue, and guest feedback.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred).
  • Previous experience in hospitality, particularly in a leadership role.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Working Conditions:

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Occasional physical activity, including lifting and moving supplies.
