About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled professional with 3-6 years of experience in restructuring to manage corporate recovery engagements including liquidation, receivership, judicial management, and scheme of arrangement.
Responsibilities- Perform due diligence engagements and provide business advisory services to clients
- Prepare letters, notices, emails, reports, and restructuring proposals for stakeholders
- Gather information from client records and third-party investigations to inform decision-making
- Ensure high service standards and meet reporting deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline preferably accounting or finance
- Good communication and reporting-writing skills
- Able to read financial statements and possess numeric sense/ acumen
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data
- Team player with a family culture who can work collaboratively with colleagues
