**Product Stewardship Expert Wanted**

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Stewardship Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our product safety and regulatory compliance group, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe use of our products and managing responses to customer enquiries regarding product safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage responses to customer enquiries regarding product safety and regulatory compliance.
  • Collaborate with the global product safety team to manage EH&S master data of products and raw materials in databases used to generate safety datasheets and labelling.
  • Monitor changes in chemical regulations and evaluate their impact on our business, developing mitigation plans as necessary.
  • Provide expert guidance on innovation projects to ensure the safety and compliance of ingredients, raw materials, and finished products.
  • Work with country experts to provide guidance on implementing compliant trade control, customs declaration, and country safety datasheet and labelling in supply chains.
  • Coordinate toxicology and ecotoxicology studies and complete regulatory registration requirements when introducing new products to markets.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in product stewardship, EH&S, or similar roles within the chemical industry.
  • Extensive knowledge of global chemical regulations and industry standards.
  • Strong working knowledge of polymer chemistry, value chain, and safe handling in plant operations.
  • Experience with chemical regulations, including GHS, safety datasheets, product declarations, and registrations.
