Job Title: Regulatory Compliance Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Regulatory Compliance Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of current regulatory environments related to distribution and marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing marketing materials, managing self-certification programs, producing management reports, delivering staff training on regulatory matters, and supporting business changes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Degree or equivalent industry experience
  • Strong knowledge of the regulatory landscape for marketing and distribution across APAC jurisdictions
  • Experience engaging with stakeholders on complex regulatory issues
  • Experience advising on global distribution compliance issues
  • Knowledge of compliance best practices in asset management, including conduct of business and risk controls
