We are seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Compliance Specialist to join our team in Singapore. This expansion role is designed to strengthen our compliance function and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, while supporting business growth across various financial products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert compliance advice to business units, including reviewing marketing materials, regulatory changes, and policies and procedures to ensure compliance with requirements.
  • Conduct regular compliance reviews, testing, and trade surveillance to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Prepare licensing applications, regulatory submissions, research, management information, and compliance reports.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 1-5 years of experience in regulatory compliance within the financial services industry or a related field.
  • Strong working knowledge of Singapore financial regulations, including derivatives (OTC and ETD), leveraged FX, and CFDs.
  • Ability to collaborate with a diverse team, including professionals from regulators, banks, and law firms.
