Director of Business Process Excellence

**Job Summary:** The Business Process Excellence Director is responsible for driving organization-wide process governance, standardization and transformation to optimize overall operations, service quality and cost efficiency across the business.

Key responsibilities include leading global process governance & standardization, driving cross-functional process reengineering, overseeing BPM technology integration (RPA, AI, Process Mining) and initiating projects related to Business Processes. Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management or a related field.
  • Master's degree (e.g., MBA) is a plus.
  • Over 10 years of experience in process management, process improvement, enterprise transformation in the related domain, with at least 5 years or more in a senior management or leadership role.
  • Deep understanding of business processes in an industry setting.
  • Proven track record of owning and optimizing business processes across multiple functions or regions.
  • Extensive experience in leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience in driving large-scale process transformation initiatives, including the use of automation and technology.
  • Change management expertise, with the ability to lead teams through process improvements and transformations.
Professional Skills
  • Project Management Skills or Qualifications (e.g. PMP, PMI, Agile, Scrum etc.)
  • Lean Six Sigma certification (Black Belt) or other process improvement methodologies.
  • Change Management Certifications (e.g. CCMP, COPC, etc.)
