Job Overview

The role of Engineering Manager is a high-impact position within our manufacturing environment. This opportunity provides exposure to cutting-edge process technologies and a culture that values innovation, continuous improvement, and leadership development.

As an Engineering Manager, you will lead and manage a team of process and equipment engineers across various modules, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and oversee process development, qualification, and transfer of new technologies into production.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of process and equipment engineers.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance yield, throughput, and equipment uptime.
  • Oversee process development, qualification, and transfer of new technologies into production.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Materials, Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or related).
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in semiconductor or advanced manufacturing, with deep expertise in PVD, CVD, and/or Dry Etch processes.
  • Proven leadership experience managing engineering teams in a high-volume production environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
