Job Title: Service Excellence Director

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and charismatic leader to drive exceptional guest satisfaction and loyalty. As our Service Excellence Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to enhance the overall service standards of our Concierge Department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive service enhancement plans to consistently deliver exceptional guest experiences.
  • Foster a positive work environment that encourages open communication, teamwork, and employee development.
  • Manage the operational efficiency of the Concierge team to ensure seamless guest interactions and prompt issue resolution.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and identify opportunities to innovate and improve services, products, and processes.
  • Maintain accurate records and utilize data to inform business decisions and drive growth.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with external partners, vendors, and stakeholders to optimize benefits and minimize costs.
Requirements

To succeed as our Service Excellence Director, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a senior role within a hotel or hospitality environment.
  • Demonstrated expertise in leadership, customer service, and team management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and adaptability skills.
  • Familiarity with property management systems and guest profile tools.
