Director of Patient Experience

We are seeking a visionary leader to drive patient experience initiatives across our organization.

  • Lead feedback management, including service recovery and engagement with staff, patients, and caregivers, ensuring seamless communication and issue resolution.
Requirements
  • Minimum degree with at least 8 years of experience in customer or patient service operations, preferably in a managerial role.
  • Proven track record in building and sustaining a service culture, demonstrating leadership skills and the ability to drive change.
  • Experience in designing, evaluating, and conducting service training, with a focus on patient-centered care and compassionate communication.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and drive results through effective storytelling.
  • Skilled in conflict resolution, data analysis, and presentations, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering high-quality outcomes.
