Key Operations Role

This key role offers an opportunity for career growth in a multi-disciplinary environment.

The selected candidate will work closely with the Director of Operations to implement and optimize workflows and systems from headquarters to frontline operations.

They will be promoted to the Assistant Manager level and placed on a fast-track training program to reach the Manager level within a year.

Responsibilities:
  • Understand and document existing processes in a structured manner.
  • Assist the Director of Operations, liaise with Doctors, and work with Clinic Managers to implement these processes across various departments.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members across different levels and departments.
  • Utilize analytical tools to monitor the effectiveness of implemented processes.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Business Administration, Data Science, Computer Science, or Business Analytics.
  • Preferably with 2 years of relevant experience.

Strong computational thinking and excellent command of the English language are required. Exceptional interpersonal skills and EQ to manage and interact effectively with Doctors, Clinic Managers, and the Director of Operations are also essential.
