Business Process Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Business Process Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in business processes and process re-engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and support multiple applications systems and platforms
  • Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications
  • Develop testing plans and coordinate User Acceptance Test (UAT)
  • Track and report project progress, issues, and risks
  • Support the organization's standards and guidelines

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Business Analytics, Information Technology, or Computer Science
  • 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst delivering and supporting IT applications
  • Experience in gathering requirements, performing gap analysis, and preparing documentation
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and capacity to develop innovative solutions

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience in Hospitality/Leisure-based applications
  • CBAP certified
