Director of Financial Excellence

As a Senior Manager of Finance Business Process, you will play a pivotal role in driving business process improvement and automation within Global Finance Operations. This individual contributor role reports to the Director, Global Finance Operations.
The successful candidate will lead the development and growth of a new business process practice, focusing on key activities such as:
- Leading governance, scaling, and performance of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) across the division in close collaboration with the Information & Data (I&D) department.
- Championing the use of Artificial Intelligence across global finance operations, partnering with the data science team to develop and deploy AI models to transform operations and enhance operational efficiency.
- Driving continuous improvement and innovation through digital transformation by leading the adoption of intelligent automation, AI-driven insights, and process optimization initiatives across global finance operations.
- SUPPORTING THE GLOBAL FINANCE OPERATIONS DIRECTOR IN DRIVING CONSISTENCY ACROSS REGIONS.
- Supporting the ERP transformation initiative by ensuring that business process requirements are accurately captured and reflected in the system's technical architecture.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in finance operations, business process improvement, or financial systems transformation.
- Graduated as a Chartered Accountant or University degree in Finance or Accounting.
- Proven experience in leading automation initiatives, including RPA, AI, and other digital transformation projects.
- Demonstrated success in change management, process optimization, and implementing continuous improvement frameworks.
- Proficiency in tools like Power BI, Power Automate, and knowledge in Python is an added advantage but not a must.
- Excellent project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Strategic thinker with a continuous improvement mindset and a passion for innovation.
- Fluent in English.
