We are expanding our team and seeking dedicated Senior Financial Consultantwho are passionate about delivering client-centric advice and building long-term relationships.

*Key Responsibilities
1. Generate New Business *

  • Conduct comprehensive Financial Needs Analysis (FNA) through proper fact-finding and client interviews.
  • Recommend appropriate products and funds that match the client's financial goals, risk profile, and needs.
  • Clearly explain how each recommendation meets the client's financial objectives.
  • Advise clients on fund-related transactions (e.g., fund switching, premium re-direction).

*2. Grow and Maintain Client Base *

  • Deliver consistent and high-quality after-sales service.
  • Regularly review clients' insurance and financial portfolios to ensure they remain relevant and up to date.
  • Maintain accurate records of all FNAs, policy illustrations, product summaries, and related documentation.
  • Ensure all records are returned to the Organisation's Director upon exit from the company, or to the Agency Development Director (ADD) if the Director has also exited.

*3. Stay Compliant and Up to Date *

  • Keep up with the latest regulatory requirements, and apply them in all sales and service activities.
  • Follow Fort Financial's internal guidelines and industry best practices.
  • Adhere to the HSBC Code of Conduct and act with integrity, professionalism, and in the best interest of the client.
