About this Opportunity:
Sectors such as education are critical drivers of economic growth, and to drive business expansion in the Singapore study abroad training market we seek a highly skilled Business Development and Marketing Manager.

We are looking for an experienced professional with excellent leadership skills and deep understanding of both the Singapore and Chinese student markets. They will be responsible for developing and implementing effective business development and marketing strategies to drive sales performance and increase market share.

  • Develop comprehensive plans targeted at the Singapore study abroad training market
  • Create annual strategies specifically targeting the Chinese market to boost student enrolment for Singaporean institutions
  • Analyse trends, competitor activities, and market conditions in China to identify opportunities for recruitment growth
  • Establish and manage relationships with key stakeholders, including education agents, counsellors, and pathway partners in China
  • Organize and participate in education events to promote study opportunities in Singapore
  • Maintain strong connections with local schools and universities in China to build a steady recruitment pipeline
  • Oversee the application process and work to improve conversion rates from application to enrolment
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and localize promotional materials and digital content suitable for the Chinese market
