About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Account Manager to join our team at Careers@Gov. As a key member of our Consumer Division, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of corporate clients, developing industry-relevant initiatives, and building strategic relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute account development strategies to drive business growth and client satisfaction
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and operations to develop tailored engagement strategies
  • Identify and negotiate project opportunities to secure win-win outcomes for clients and Singapore
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to activate relevant resources and expertise to support client engagement
  • Conduct market analysis and provide insights to inform business decisions and drive growth
Requirements
  • 6-9 years of experience in business development, marketing, or a related field
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with ability to analyze complex issues and develop actionable solutions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
  • Driven, self-motivated, and positive attitude, with excellent work ethic and team player skills
