Job Title: Hospitality Sales Professional

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Hospitality Sales Professional to join our team. This individual will be responsible for handling inquiries, obtaining information regarding reservations, and processing reservation requests.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • To handle inquiries and obtain correct information regarding details of reservation.
    • To answer, confirm and process reservation requests, ensuring all information pertaining to reservations is properly taken and entered into the system.
    • To keep up-to-date rooms available for sale and changes in hotel room rates.
    • To maintain and update a Reservation Request Form File.
    • To help maximize room sales by up-selling.

Requirements:

  • Able to perform shifts.
  • Able to work in fast-paced environment.

  • You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • You have experience working in the hospitality industry.
  • You are able to work independently and as part of a team.
