**Lead Sales Growth in Hospitality Industry**

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to spearhead our sales efforts and drive revenue expansion within the hospitality industry.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to boost market share and revenue growth.
  • Couch, mentor, and lead the sales team to achieve targets and deliver exceptional results.
  • Nurture key client relationships through strategic communication and negotiation.
  • Analyze market trends to inform sales strategies and optimize performance.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts and promote the company's offerings.
  • Monitor sales data to make informed decisions and improve performance.
  • Presentation of regular sales forecasts and reports to senior management is required.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and establish business relationships.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • At least 3 years of corporate sales experience in the hospitality industry.
  • A proven track record of success in sales leadership and team management.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills to build strong relationships with internal and external customers.
  • Proficiency in MS office applications and hotel systems is required.
  • A motivated and results-driven individual who can organize tasks efficiently and independently.
