Senior Business Strategist Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned business finance professional to join our organization in Singapore. We are looking for a strategic thinker with exceptional business partnering skills, ready to engage in key decision-making and drive performance across the APAC region.

This role is ideal for someone who can lead and develop a high-performing team to deliver financial analytics and projects across the APAC region, partner with various Global Markets Heads to develop and execute financial strategies to achieve business vision and objectives, conduct comprehensive financial analyses to uncover challenges and identify growth opportunities, provide actionable insights guiding critical decision-making and propel the business forward.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree from an internationally recognized university, a strong background in Investment Banking, Management Consulting, Corporate Development, Market Strategist or relevant field, and a minimum of 15-18 years' experience in business-facing roles.

We are seeking a highly skilled professional who can navigate complex challenges, identify innovative solutions, and build strong relationships with C-suite executives. The ideal candidate will also have outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, be proficient in written and spoken English, and be able to convey complex ideas clearly to drive collaborations and strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team to deliver financial analytics and projects across the APAC region.
  • Partner with various Global Markets Heads to develop and execute financial strategies to achieve business vision and objectives.
  • Conduct comprehensive financial analyses to uncover challenges and identify growth opportunities.
  • Develop models to assess new business opportunities and investment decisions, ensuring that strategies are data-driven and aligned with market trends.
  • Work hand-in-hand with the C-Suites and other cross-functional leaders to integrate financial insights into both planning and operational execution.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree from an internationally recognized university.
  • Strong background in Investment Banking, Management Consulting, Corporate Development, Market Strategist or relevant field.
  • Minimum of 15-18 years' experience in business-facing roles.
  • Ability to navigate complex challenges and identify innovative solutions.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in written and spoken English.
  • Ability to build strong relationships and convey complex ideas clearly to drive collaborations and strategic decisions.
