At OKX, we are looking for a finance professional to partner with our business leaders and drive financial performance. This role is critical in shaping the future of our company by providing strategic insights and influencing decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage rolling forecasts to reflect current business realities
  • Align forecasts with strategic objectives, business drivers, and market dynamics
  • Coordinate with department leads to gather inputs, validate assumptions, and ensure forecast integrity
  • Build and maintain complex financial models to support scenario planning, investment appraisals, and strategic initiatives
  • Conduct sensitivity and scenario analysis to assess business risks and potential outcomes
  • Prepare presentations for leadership summarizing key insights and financial implications
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting; Chartered Accountant and MBA preferred
  • Minimum 12 years of relevant working experience, with at least 6 years in FP&A, business partnering, or strategic finance roles
  • Good understanding or previous hands-on experience with Finance Operations
  • Good understanding of Crypto industry
  • Proven experience with rolling forecasts, actual vs. budget analysis, and scenario-based modelling
  • Strong command of finance systems and Excel; experience with data visualization tools is a plus
