About the Role

The Financial Performance team is responsible for ensuring the financial integrity and accuracy of our books and records, while also ensuring compliance with international financial reporting standards (IFRS) and tax regulations.

  • Ensure accurate and timely financial analysis and reporting
  • Guarantee statutory and tax filings are completed on time and in accordance with regulatory requirements

In addition to these core responsibilities, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our procurement and logistics teams to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Perform regular financial analysis and provide insights to inform business decisions
  2. Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support business planning and strategy
  3. Ensure compliance with IFRS, tax, and group norms
  4. Lead financial audits and ensure corrective actions are taken as needed
  5. Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in financial analysis and reporting
  • Strong understanding of IFRS, tax, and group norms
  • Ability to develop and maintain financial models and forecasts
