Sales Performance Driver

As a Sales Performance Driver, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and meeting sales targets. Your role will involve developing strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.

The Sales Performance Driver will handle customer enquiries in a timely and professional manner, following up with customers throughout the sales cycle to identify potential sales opportunities. They will also provide support and create sales opportunities for customers via phone calls and emails, converting qualified leads into sales opportunities.

Collaboration with team members is essential to achieving individual, team, and departmental KPIs. You will also prepare reports by collecting and analyzing information to aid management decision making.

To succeed in this role, you will need a minimum Diploma in Business or equivalent discipline, along with at least 1 year's related working experience. Experience in standard components will be advantageous.
