Job Overview

Key Role:

  • Achieve synergy between financial planning, business analysis, and strategic advisory to inform decision-making.

Core Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement comprehensive budget plans, forecasts, and resource allocation strategies in collaboration with senior leaders.
  2. Design and maintain complex financial models to evaluate product performance, user growth, and revenue drivers.
  3. Conduct thorough P&L analysis across business units to ensure transparency and accountability.
  4. Support feasibility studies and ROI assessments for new markets, partnerships, and initiatives.

Performance Metrics:

  1. Evaluate revenue structures, cost drivers, and customer lifecycle value.
  2. Partner with cross-functional teams to assess the efficiency of incentive programs and growth campaigns.
  3. Develop data-driven ROI models to inform commercial decision-making.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  1. Work closely with data, product, risk, compliance, and commercial teams to integrate financial perspectives into business planning.
  2. Enhance finance's involvement in approvals, budgeting, and investment decisions.
  3. Contribute to the development of data visualizations that link business and financial performance.

Data-Driven Insights:

  1. Translate complex data into actionable financial insights for senior management.
  2. Connect business performance metrics (e.g., volume, user activity, engagement) with financial outcomes.
  3. Enhance forecasting models through data integration and scenario analysis.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Analytics, or related field.
  2. 5+ years of experience in financial or business analysis, with at least 2 years in fintech, virtual assets, or other high-growth industries.
  3. Strong expertise in budgeting, modeling, and P&L analysis.
  4. Experience with platform-based revenue models and incentive-driven growth strategies preferred.
  5. Proficiency in Excel and SQL; experience with BI tools (Power BI, Looker, Tableau) advantageous.
  6. Strong bilingual communication skills (English and Chinese a plus).
  7. Proven commercial acumen, analytical mindset, and ability to partner effectively across functions.
