Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced culinary professional to join our kitchen team in Singapore. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes while maintaining a clean and safe environment.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Culinary Excellence:
    • Prepare and cook menu items to exacting standards following recipes and presentation guidelines
    • Ensure all dishes are prepared and presented in accordance with kitchen standards
  • Kitchen Operations:
    • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment adhering to health and safety standards
    • Clean and sanitize equipment, utensils, and workstations
  • Collaboration and Support:
    • Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient service and minimize delays
    • Support colleagues during busy periods and contribute to a positive team environment
  • Quality Assurance:
    • Taste and inspect dishes to ensure quality and consistency
    • Report any issues or concerns to the Head Chef or Kitchen Manager

Requirements:
  • Experience: Previous experience as a kitchen cook or in a related role
  • Skills:
    • Strong cooking skills and knowledge of kitchen procedures
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
    • Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
  • Qualifications:
    • No specific qualifications required but a culinary degree or certification is an advantage
