**Job Opportunity:** Senior Culinary Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our culinary team as a Cook / Senior Cook / Chef de Partie in the Hot Kitchen.

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking menu items in accordance with specifications from recipes. This will include maintaining the highest quality and consistent product standards, ensuring safe and proper use of equipment at all times.

Additionally, you will be expected to maintain a high standard of cleanliness in and around your workstation and adhere to health/sanitation regulations. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment where you can develop your skills and expertise in Western cuisine.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Certificate in Culinary Skills or its equivalent
  • Preferably 1 year working experience in Western cuisine
  • Able to work on weekends/public holidays
