About the role:

Restaurant Reservations Coordinator

The Restaurant Reservations Coordinator is responsible for managing guest inquiries and reservations across multiple channels, promoting the dining experience, providing essential information to guests, and driving sales initiatives. This role involves coordinating reservation specifics to enhance guest satisfaction, monitoring the availability of private dining spaces, forecasting revenue for special occasions, and maintaining the restaurant's positioning details. Collaboration with public relations, updating availability on various booking platforms, and overseeing the restaurant's revenue and seating capacity are key responsibilities.

What you will do:

Manage dining reservations for hotel venues, address guest inquiries through various platforms, and provide assistance with festive desk operations and food & beverage responsibilities as needed.

What you bring:

  • Diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field
  • At least 1 year of experience in customer service, ideally within the Hospitality or Food & Beverage sectors
  • A positive attitude and a professional demeanor when interacting with guests
  • Previous experience with Four Seasons or a comparable luxury brand is advantageous
