We are seeking an experienced Sales and Business Development Director to lead our sales team in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.

Responsibilities
  • Create and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed sales targets;
  • Recruit, train, and motivate sales representatives to enhance their performance;
  • Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of competitors;
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with customers to maintain high levels of satisfaction and loyalty;
  • Track and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement;
  • Lead negotiations with clients and suppliers to secure favorable terms and deals;
  • Collaborate with marketing, product development, and operations teams to align efforts and optimize sales.
