The ideal candidate will have a strong background in event management, trade missions, and member recruitment and retention. They will also possess excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and build relationships with members and stakeholders.

  • Event Management: Plan, coordinate, and execute large-scale events involving C-level participants, including the Singapore MICE Forum and Asia CEO Summit.
  • Trade Missions: Manage inbound and outbound trade missions, coordinating logistics, delegations, and business matching activities.
  • Member Recruitment and Retention: Develop and implement strategies to attract, recruit, and retain members, adding value to their organisations through targeted initiatives and resources.
  • Member Connect Activities: Organise regular Member Connect activities, including networking sessions and workshops, to facilitate knowledge sharing and interaction among members.
  • Membership Administration: Administer membership fee collection and membership database management.
Requirements:

For this role, we are looking for individuals with a minimum of 5 years' experience in related fields, preferably with a tertiary education. Prior experience in organising large-scale events is essential, as well as strong operation and execution skills.

Our ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and possess proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.

Additionally, they will have a strong ability to take initiative and work independently, with a passion for driving innovation and excellence in the MICE sector.
