SACEOS is a leading association with over 40 years of proven dedication to serving the MICE industry in Singapore.

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as **Manager/Head of Industry Development **. In this pivotal role, you will be driving industry development and transformation, championing critical issues such as sustainability, technology, talent development, and more. This is an opportunity to embark on a rewarding career journey, as you will have the opportunity to work with leading industry practitioners and government agencies to jointly foster a vibrant and thriving MICE ecosystem.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead efforts to drive industry development and transformation by addressing key trends and member needs.
- Conduct research, data collection, and analysis on market trends to inform strategic decision-making.
- Publish industry-wide guidelines, white papers, and reports based on research findings.
- Facilitate roundtables, working group discussions, and other forums to gather industry feedback and insights.
- Promote sustainability in the Singapore MICE industry and drive the adoption of the Singapore MICE Sustainability Certification/Guidelines both locally and regionally.
- Collaborate with industry stakeholders, government agencies, and other relevant organizations to advance the interests of the MICE sector.

**Requirements**:

- Tertiary education with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in related fields.
- Passion for the MICE industry with a forward-thinking mindset to drive industry development and transformation.
- Familiarity with Singapore's MICE landscape, expertise in leading industry-wide sustainability initiatives and experience in government grant submissions are advantageous.
- Strong networking, communication, project implementation and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Adaptability to excel within cross-functional teams and dynamic, fast-paced environments.
