Product Manager Role

As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for adapting and executing global/local marketing strategies to drive business growth. Your key objectives will include launching and managing products throughout their lifecycle, driving business development and channel engagement, building sales tools, campaigns, and training for partners, and analyzing market trends to enhance the digital customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute product roadmaps to meet business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new products and manage existing ones.
  • Lead business development initiatives to drive revenue growth and expand into new markets.
  • Design and deliver sales enablement programs to equip partners with the necessary skills and knowledge to sell our products effectively.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Required Skills:
  • 6-10 years of experience in industrial automation or sensors.
  • Strong background in solution selling and business development.
  • Relevant degree in Engineering; MBA preferred.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and influencing skills.
Preferred Qualifications:

Professional certifications in product management or related fields are a plus.
