Supplier Excellence Leader

As a Regional Supplier Program Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring operational excellence across the supplier ecosystem.
This position requires strong leadership and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders across the APAC region.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage supplier performance across one of Microsoft's most dynamic and diverse regions.
- Partner with operations, site teams, procurement category, business operations, legal, and other stakeholders to drive supplier engagement.
- Resolve supplier operational issues and ensure real-world execution of supplier contract commitments.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance or related field AND 6+ years work experience in program management, process management, process improvement OR equivalent experience.
- Ability to communicate clearly across APAC and global stakeholders.
- Experience collaborating across technical and non-technical teams.
This is a flexible work opportunity that allows you to work remotely, with occasional travel depending on business needs.
