Job Title: Operations Excellence Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic leader to oversee our site-based team and drive operational excellence in industrial automation systems.

  • This includes leading and managing a multi-disciplinary team covering operations, maintenance, safety, quality, and financial performance.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Engineering or equivalent technical qualification, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior operations or maintenance leadership role.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Planning, scheduling, and overseeing preventive and corrective maintenance for automated systems and equipment.
  • Driving operational excellence through process improvements, adoption of best practices, and team development.
  • Building team capabilities via coaching, training, and mentorship.
  • Identifying business opportunities and collaborating with internal stakeholders to capitalize on them.
  • Managing relationships with suppliers, contractors, and service providers, ensuring contract compliance.
  • Handling major incidents and escalations promptly and effectively.
  • Maintaining strong customer relationships and ensuring continuous improvement in service delivery.
  • Ensuring accurate reporting, documentation, and adherence to workplace safety standards.
